Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Paris Alexus Beauty will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. Please note that Paris Alexus Beauty does not currently accept returns. If a package is returned to us, it is not examined and most likely discarded.
I placed an order, when will my package arrive?
You will receive an email with your tracking information when your order has been processed and is ready for collection from the courier. once an order is placed, it can take up to 1-7 days for processing. when the order is processed/shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. please be sure to check both your inbox or spam folder for that email.
I haven't received my confirmation email, what should I do?
If you have not received your confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us via our contact page or at info@parisalexusbeauty.com
My promo code doesn't work?
Coupon codes may only be valid on certain products. they will not be valid on products which are already discounted as part of a sale or promotion. this may be the reason why your discount is not getting applied. we are unable to process refunds for promo codes that have not been successfully redeemed on an order at checkout, however, you can always use your code on your next order (as long as these are still within the validity period).
Can I cancel my order once I place it?
Unfortunately we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
My order is missing an item?
Please visit our page here within 72 hours of receiving your order, so that we can take care of this for you. please provide your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.
Can I make a return or an exchange?
Unfortunately at this time we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final. In the unlikely event that the product did arrive damaged/defected. please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product. in the email please include photos of the damaged product and a screenshot of your confirmation emails and we’ll reach out to you to correct the situation.
My order is delayed, lost, or stolen?
We encourage you to contact the shipping carrier to find out your options. they may advise you to contact us, however, please note that we are not responsible for any actions taken on their behalf such as damaged, delayed, lost or stolen packages. we are not responsible for re-shipping costs if the package is returned to our Order Fulfillment Center due to a failed delivery attempt by the courier or in the event you are unable or refuse to accept the package.

We would love to receive your feedback on your experience with the item(s) that didn’t meet your expectations. please send an email to info@parisalexusbeauty.com with your order number and a brief description of why you are not happy with your purchase. while we do not offer refunds, we are happy to.

Restock dates can vary. please sign up for our emails or sms text alerts to find out when your favorite products will be back in stock!
My products arrived damaged or I received the wrong items?
Please contact us immediately, within 72 hours of receiving your order, via our contact us page. please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged product/s. we will then work with you to correct this. without these items, we may be unable to assist. You are also encouraged to raise your issue with your courier or consider purchasing Route Insurance which is offered by a 3rd party at checkout and starts at $0.98 cents. This service does insure against lost, stolen, etc packages.

No we do not test products on animals. all of our products are cruelty-free.

Yes. Paris Alexus Beauty prides ourself in being a cruelty-free and vegan brand. we do not test our products on animals nor do our suppliers.
